As per the DMC regulations, all content sent from the bluetooth units and content returned via the image recognition will be strictly regulated and users will be strongly advised about under 18 use as well as sending content on to others who are below this age.
Bluetooth location based marketing campaigns was to be carried out in bars and pubs with over 18 regulations already in place.
